The open access journal adopts a "author-pays" policy to maintain efficient submission processing and high-quality online publishing. APCs will be charged when an article is accepted.

Before Sep. 30th of 2022, only US$100 for the APCs.  

Before Nov. 30th of 2023, only US$300 for the APCs.

Original APCs, US$400.

Authors are encouraged to prepare manuscripts using the template, though format-free initial submissions are acceptable.
