Housing economics: open access journal

Housing Economics (ISSN Pending) is a fully peer-reviewed open access journal, published semi-annually by Sci-Hall Press. This journal accepts various types of submissions of original research articles, review articles, case studies, communications, discussions, letters, etc. The submitted content should be original, and must not be submitted or published in other journals, books, or conference proceedings.

The journal of Housing Economics publishes a wide range of research related to housing and land, including but not limited to land provision, housing industry, demand for housing, supply of housing, adjustment mechanism, adjustment with depreciation, real estate appraisal, real estate financing and investment, real estate tax rules, housing and land policies, housing and urban economics, and the financial economics of real estate development and investment. 

The open access journal adopts a "author-pays" policy to maintain efficient submission processing and high-quality online publishing.      

Before Nov. 15th of 2022, only US$100 APCs for each accepted paper.   

Before Dec. 15th of 2023, only US$300 for the APCs.

Original APCs, US$400.

Format-free initial submission is acceptable. However, template format is recommended.
